This session will examine how we can use the tools that we already have to identify members that are on the cusp, and strategies we can employ to retain them. We’ll look at other industries, identify best practices in retention, and we’ll examine what works, and what doesn’t. The session will include:
• A list of practical clues and cues to look for in your own membership
