This session profiles campaigns that are finalists for the 2009 MACQUEE award. Hear from the CU marketers who spearheaded these outstanding campaigns as they talk about their strategies and techniques, including:

• Devising promotions that make your members and prospects take notice
• Establishing the right "mix" of media, direct mail and e-marketing
• Ensuring that members don't turn to other financial institutions for products that you offer
• Maximizing the credit union's "community marketing" efforts
• Building name and brand awareness

Speakers will also go "Behind the Numbers" and provide insight into the statistics associated with their campaigns - base figures, marketing goals, actual volume and percentages - and what this really means in measuring marketing success.
