• Writes and edits key messages (internal and external) to communicate the USE Credit Union brand in a clear and professional manner to associates, members, and the public.
• Internal communications will include, but are not limited to, emails to all employees, FAQs and/or scripts for the Contact Center and frontline staff, department forms, associate and manager handbooks, and speeches for executive staff for company events.

SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports and executes creative digital marketing initiatives through multiple channels including social media, email, corporate website, digital banking platforms, search engines, video, paid media (internet radio, over-the-top ads, pay per click, retargeting and display advertising), in-branch digital displays, and online reputation mediums.
This specialist provides education and value to members and prospective members, considering the content health, searchability, brand voice, tone and online presence while adhering to regulatory policies and guidelines. This role uses multiple data analytics platforms to guide marketing efforts.

- Performs design, writing, copywriting, editing, and proofing of digital content.
- Serves as the primary contact on social media platforms, responding to comments, complaints, and questions in a timely manner.

- Ensures consistent branding and design across all digital assets and third-party vendor integrations.
- Assists in other marketing functions of the credit union as determined by the VP, Marketing.

• Flexibility to deal with unexpected events. Required to attend meetings and events that may occur outside of regularly scheduled work hours.
• Ability to exercise judgment, initiative and tact in dealing with the community, members, management and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and outside stakeholders, and vendors to further the mission
• Knowledge of Credit Union operations, policies and procedures is preferred.
SCHEDULE
Flexible 35 hours, dependent on outside meetings, functions and events.
Job offer will be contingent upon completion of satisfactory reference, criminal, and financial background checks and passing of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening test.
