Katy Wagnon
Katy Wagnon is the Chief Experience Officer at GoWest Credit Union Association. She plays a pivotal role in raising visibility of the association, its members and the value of credit unions across the GoWest region through strategic engagement and planning. Her expertise covers impactful messaging, building can’t-miss experiences, engaging across audiences, strategic leadership, and more.
She has been a key figure in coordinating industry events and public relations campaigns for the association, further contributing to the growth and outreach of credit unions throughout the region. Prior to her time with GoWest, Katy was Vice President of Corporate Communications and Public Relations for Washington Trust Bank, where she spent 12 years building a communications team. She started her career in multimedia broadcast and radio journalism. She is a strong advocate for clear, engaging experiences and messaging promoting the strength, value and impact of credit unions.
