Paula O'Rourke
Paula O’Rourke is the President and CEO of Corda Credit Union, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across the financial services, nonprofit, and service industries. She is known for driving strategic growth and transformational initiatives while fostering a people-first, mission-driven culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and long-term value for members, employees, and the communities Corda serves.
Since joining Corda, Paula has helped modernize the credit union through advancements in technology, products, and member services. She also led the organization’s successful name change and rebrand, positioning Corda for continued growth. Under her leadership, the credit union has doubled in asset size and now serves more than 26,000 Iowans with over $700 million in assets.
