Armand Parvazi is a seasoned credit union leader and strategist with over 15 years of experience in financial services. A second-generation credit union professional, he is dedicated to helping credit unions grow, modernize, and better serve their members.

As Chief Administrative & Development Officer at his previous credit union, Armand led efforts that grew assets by 61%, secured millions in grant funding, and delivered a 2,100% ROI through data-driven marketing. He also launched the nation’s first cancer care debt relief program, providing meaningful support to members in crisis.

Now serving as Strategic Advisor at CUCollaborate, Armand continues to champion innovation and advocacy across the industry. He is a frequent speaker at national and international credit union events and has been recognized as NAFCU’s 2021 Professional of the Year and a 2024 CU Times Luminaries Rising Star. Armand holds a BS in Psychology, an MBA in Finance, and is a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE).
